Our cancellation policy
   

Upon booking, 40% deposit of the total stay will be required .

- In case of written cancellation at least 25 days prior the arrival date, the deposit will be refunded  minus 65 €for cancellation fees

- In case of written cancellation less than 25 days prior the arrival date,  the 40% deposit will be kept

- In case of written cancellation less than 07 days prior the arrival date,  100% of the total room stay will be charged

- NO SHOW  or anticipated departure are fully billed and No show automatically cancelled
